Dr. Feng-Ping Sarah Lee is a member of the Advocacy Committee.

Feng-Ping Sarah Lee serves as an associate professor at the School of Nursing at the University of the Pacific. She earned her PhD in Nursing from the University of Washington and a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on adult gerontology acute care from the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Lee possesses extensive experience in home-based nursing, nursing education, administration, and gerontological care, having worked for over ten years as a home-based care registered nurse and case manager in California.

Dr. Lee is deeply committed to advancing excellence in home-based care and empowering nurses, patients, and their families. Her dedication to this field motivates her advocacy for innovative practices and policies that benefit both patients and healthcare providers. Furthermore, she is devoted to mentoring the next generation of nurses, ensuring they are well-prepared to fulfill their essential roles in delivering compassionate and effective home-based nursing care.
